Second, we have a few suggestions that could make your services even better for customers like Edin and I.
1. In Hoi An and Hanoi we had two guides. It would be better if we had the same guide in the same place. We understand that in both cases there was an objective reason for the change in guides. However, we would have preferred not to change guides so often.
2. The guides should check with the tourists if they want to be accompanied in the museums, as tourists may decide to take on their own pace when viewing the exponents.
3. In our view, the schedule of a daily trip and visit should be discussed with the tourists in the beginning of the day. In particular, it happened quite a few times that the lunch was scheduled too early for us.

Thanks for everything. Excellent service, made our trip with family (including grandparents and children) really comfortable. Indian Restaurants, Ashoka and Tandoor, are very nice place for authentic Indian food. Our guide is very friendly and co-operative. Pleasing personality. Good for family guide.
