HISTORY
Ha Long Tour & Service Co.,Ltd was founded in 2002 as “Quang Ninh Youth Tourist Company – Hanoi Branch” by Mr. Thien. He has worked in the travel industry for over 15 years. It was renamed to “Halong Tour and Service Co.,Ltd” in 2007.
We started with offering domestic and outbound tours. Since 2005, Ha Long Tour and Service has launched weekly departure tours to northern Vietnam for tourists in Ho Chi Minh city and overseas Vietnamese. Eventually, we attracted the interest of many local travel agents.
In 2007, this is the key year for tour diversification and inbound department was established. Ha Long Tour And Service became a professional tour operator and travel company offering high quality, full-service travel arrangements to Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia at affordable prices. Our customers are tour operators and travel agencies from Asian countries, North America and Europe.
Since 2009, Ha long Tour and Service started offering corporate tours (MICE tours).We have gained initial success in organizing MICE tours for groups of both local and foreign customers, as the company has studied their needs before offering the tours.
Today, Ha Long Tour & Service Co., Ltd has grown and diversified to be a leader in inbound tourism and a Destination Management Company (D.M.C), offering a wide range of fantastic products for discerning travellers and groups. WHAT WE POSSESS
Halong Tour & Service is proud to have a team of well-trained and dedicated staff and guides. We have a competant team of multilingual staff who speak English and French in our back office and a team of qualified tour guides who can speak English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Mandarin Chinese, Thai, etc. Our staff and guides are all local residents of Indochina, having profound knowledge about the area they live in and many years of work experience as guides and operators in Indochina.
We owned two restaurants in Hanoi. Our 200-seat restaurant with its secure and spacious parking lot will provide Vietnamese buffet for lunch and dinner.
We have transportation’s suppier providing a complete fleet of late model vehicles, four and seven-seater Toyota sedan cars, sixteen-seater Mercedes Sprinter minibuses, thirty-five-seater Hyundai Samco and forty-five-seater Hyundai Aero Space coaches. They are all clean and well-equipped with air-conditioning systems.
