Having booked our entire trip on the internet, we were not sure what to expect, but what a surprise it was from the moment we arrived in Hanoi, where we were were picked up from the airport, till the moment were dropped off at the airport at Ho Chi Minh City. At no stage did we experience any problems with the arrangements, administration, bookings, accommodation, trips, etc. Everything was very well organised and well planned.

All the tour guides did a very good job (Mr Tung, Mr Huang as well as Mr Lis Vo) in making sure we were welcomed at the airports, settled into the hotels, making sure we had a good understanding of the places we visited as well as making sure we had some experiences of the way people are living in the different regions and also making sure we are sorted when we had to drive or fly to different destinations. The drivers of the vehicles were also very good at what they did – at no stage did we feel unsafe with the way they handled the traffic.
We want to make special mention of the excellent way in which Mr Huang handled the middle part of the tour. He quickly understood our interests and really gave us excellent historical and cultural inputs. He dealt with things very professionally and we experienced him as a very informed, experienced, accommodating and hospitable guide. He also adapted the pace to our pace rather than pushing us to get to things, informing us of the options, but allowing us to decide. We really hold him in very high regard. He also had the best command of English of all the guides and it was very easy to communicate with him. On the Sunday in Hue he even invited us for coffee with him, when he saw us waiting for the hotel shuttle, which he did not have to do as it was free time.
Again our appreciation for a great trip and flawless arrangements. We can and most definitely will recommend your services.
