Day 1: Hanoi – Arrival
Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you will be met by our guide and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. The rest of the day is free at your leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi – Full day city tour (B/L)
Morning start our tour to discover Hanoi, a peaceful city with beautiful trees and lakes, the city has thousand years of history and culture. We will have the first impression of the city by authentic Cyclo ride from your hotel to Hanoi Old Quarter – where you can experience the real daily life activities of local people in the oldest area of Hanoi.
 
Then you will ride by the French Quarter along wide and green typical French boulevard that can explain to you why this city so called “Paris of the East” before visiting Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum - the symbol of the country and Presidential Palace, Presidential Garden, his House on Stilts and One Pillar Pagoda.
 
After that, visit Temple of Literature - the central of culture of Hanoi that worship to Literature – the only subject for student to study in the feudal system just hundred years ago and Confucius. Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant.
 
Afternoon visit Ethnology Museum in which you can study the great outline of 54 ethics people living in Vietnam. This museum is the only one in Vietnam that many artifacts display in there still exist in the life of local people but not extinct like most of the museums, that will create very good reflection about the life, culture, customs, religions and costumes of Vietnamese people.
 
Back to the center of the city for the short walk to discover the Old Quarter. Your tour will be concluded with great experience of Water Puppet show - the unique art of Vietnamese people from Red River Delta. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B/L/D)
After breakfast, you will be picked up by shuttle bus. Depart Hanoi for the UNESCO World Heritage site of Halong Bay for a 3 day/2 night cruise through thousands of limestone peaks. Begin the cruise as lunch is served and later in the day take a short trek to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay. You may wish to swim in a quiet bay or sunbathe on the deck of your junk. In the late afternoon visit a floating village, kayak or take a bamboo row boat to explore a secluded lagoon. As the sun sets enjoy cocktails on the deck and a gourmet dinner. Overnight in Halong Bay.

Day 4: Halong Bay (B/L/D)
Enjoy an early morning tai chi class on deck, and after breakfast transfer to your ‘day trip boat’ with a private crew and cruise the bay’s lesser visited areas. Later in the day, visit water tunnels and fishing villages or go kayaking. All meals are served onboard by your private chef. Overnight in Halong Bay.

Day 5: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B/L)
There is more tai chi this morning for those who wish to rise early. Later in the morning visit a limestone grotto and cruise leisurely through the bay before returning to the dock for the journey back to your hotel in Hanoi by shuttle bus. The rest of the day is free at your leisure.

Day 6: Hanoi – Danang – Hoi An (B)
Free time till your transfer (without guide) for your flight to Danang. You will be greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel in Hoi An. Lunch on your own. In the afternoon our guide will take you for the tour around the ancient town of Hoi an with the stops at life like Hoi An market, Phuc Kien Congregational Hall, The Japanese covered bridged, Tan Ky ancient house. Then you will have time hand in hand wander around the town to discover Hoi An on your own. You also can visit Thu Thuy Silk shop, the most prestigious tailor in town that can make your suit within a day with great quality or wandering around the town to buy some souvenir for your beloved.

Day 9: Saigon half day city tour – Cu Chi Tunnels (B/L)
Morning visit Reunification Palace - the former Presidential Palace of Southern Vietnamese Government before 1975. Then visit Notre Dame Cathedral, and Central Post Office. Visit Historical Museum (or War Museum) before taking an orientation walk along Dong Khoi and Nguyen Hue streets where you can get the great view of Hotel de Ville – the famous city hall in Saigon. Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant.
 
Afternoon drive to Cu Chi, the famous network of tunnels were used as the base from which the Vietnamese mounted their operations of the Tet Offensive in 1968. The Cu Chi Tunnels consist of more than 250km of underground tunnels. This main axis system has many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters, and entrances to other tunnels. The tunnels are between 0.5 to 1m wide, just enough for a person to crawl along. Transfer back to Saigon. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 10: Saigon – Phu Quoc/Con Dao (B)
